Amber Benson (born April 14 in 1970) is a famous American singer, actress also a writer, director and actor. She is most famous for her role as Tara Maclay in the TV show Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Additionally, she produced the show, directed it and even starred in her own film Chance and Lovers Liars & Lunatics. Also, she starred in Kiss the Bride. Benson was the youngest child from Edward Benson and Diane Benson. She was born in Birmingham, Alabama on 8 January 1977. Danielle is her older sister who is an artist.
